Nowadays, a large number of centrifuges, compressors, gas turbines and heaters are used in all factories in various industries. The high speed of some of these machines and the working conditions have caused all kinds of problems in them, which eventually appear in the form of unauthorized vibrations. The most common cause of vibration is rotor runout.The purpose of this course is to acquaint the participants with how to analyze the vibrations caused by misalignment and its correct diagnosis, and finally eliminate misalignment in all types of rotors. In this course, the participants will get a correct understanding of the amplitude and phase of vibrations and get acquainted with several different methods. This course is accompanied by practical work.

Course duration: 16 hours theoretically and practically

Thermography is one of the non-destructive inspection and testing techniques whose range of applications is very wide and beyond the issue of condition monitoring (CM) of equipment and machinery.With the help of a thermography camera (thermovision), all the problems that lead to a change in the surface temperature distribution pattern can be identified.The advantages of thermography include inspection without the need to approach and contact dangerous equipment, reducing inspection time and the ability to predict the probability of a defect in an equipment. In addition to mechanical and electrical branches, this technique has been able to occupy a suitable position in other areas such as insulation inspection, building inspection, HVAC-R system inspection, manufacturing industries, gas leak detection, medicine and veterinary medicine.

The course is held in two levels and each level lasts for 8 hours theoretically and practically.

The said course includes familiarization with the structure of electric motors (application of electric motors/rotor structure/stator structure/bearing structure), an overview of electrical and mechanical defects (major categories of electrical machine defects/factors of motor errors/vibration effects in the motor/defect investigation) electric machines from feeding to load), the roots of failure in the rotor, stator and insulation (types of stator errors / the root of failure of wound rotors and squirrel cage), an overview of current analysis and the use of frequency analysis in order to diagnose / check the frequency characteristics of the current for Common defects/ other applications of flow analysis in belts, gearboxes, valves, pumps, fans, bearings, etc.) along with some practical test samples.

In recent years, vibration analysis has been used as a powerful tool in diagnosing the defects of various rotating machines such as turbines, compressors, generators, motors, pumps, fans, etc.Vibration analysis includes the stages of Condition Monitoring and as the main method of measurement, processing, analysis and conclusion that a vibration specialist must have sufficient familiarity with. With the concepts of vibration analysis, the measurement of vibrations and its application in monitoring the condition of machines is provided to the participants.

The course is held in two levels and each level lasts 16 hours theoretically and practically.

Nowadays, it is very important to use tools that can determine the state of health of the equipment. In different industries, there is a wide range of defects that can be found using ultrasonic sound measurement and analysis.The purpose of this course is to acquaint the participants with how to measure and analyze the ultrasonic sound caused by various defects such as gas leaks, bearing defects, valve defects, electrical defects, etc. . . It is created. In this course, the participants will have a correct understanding of the defects that lead to the production of ultrasonic sound. This course is accompanied by practical work.

Duration of the course: for 24 hours theoretically and practically

The purpose of holding this course is to get familiar with the correct process of aligning rotating systems of two axes. In this course, along with the introduction of the measurement tools and the initial investigation of misalignment, the description of the distance and alignment and their mathematical-graphical modeling is discussed.Diagnosing misalignment and initial investigation of misalignment, foundation condition, expansion of piping system, lack of adaptations, type of coupling, etc. . . – Acquaintance with misalignment measurement tools – Alignment of biaxial systems by Inverse Indicator Method and Face and Rim method – Mathematical modeling – drawing of the mentioned methods are among the subjects investigated in this course.

  • Familiarity with various condition monitoring techniques including: vibration analysis, ultrasonic, thermography, flow analysis, oil analysis, efficiency analysis, visual inspection
  • Failure analysis of parts:
  1. Bearing (sliding-rolling): failure mechanism/familiarity with various failures and their reasons
